Stable masters gone?

Second day in a row and I can't find a stable master. I searched the forums and couldn't find any topic addressing this. Is it just me?
I have played 2 characters and visited several zones to find the trainers but they are gone. My wife has had the same issue on her toons.
Is this a bug? Anyone with the same problem? Can't get any mount training done.
