Kidding me!!! Stablemen disappeared at the new year's day!

I tried to feed my horse, just found stablemen at the Daggerfall and Vulkhel Guard disappeared. I am sure some ppl got the same problem cuz I saw many ppl were looking for stablemen. At Vulkhel Guard, I saw a lady stands outside the Stable looks like the stableman, but I am not sure. I talked to her, no response, then I killed her, but the stableman didn't come back. Can't feed my horse, sad.
BTW, a lot of bots are killing a bug NPC to farm XP at the Shadowfen near the fishing spot. So funny!

personally, I've tried killing everything in the game...particularly those annoying pets everyone insists on dragging every where...
my buddy brings that stupid bear cub everywhere - even dungeons...it drives me crazy...
unfortunately, similar to finding ways to escape "off" the map, there's still stuff moving around in the game I can't get rid of
although, yeah - maybe we should keep quest givers and merchants up and working...

The horse trainers are not the only missing NPCs either. My husband and I have had to skip several quests on our married alts because they were just missing, so no way to advance the quest. This has all only been over the last few days.Why be normal when you can be better?

I am also experiencing this strange phenomenon. It's so random as well. First it began in Vulkel Guard, but only on some characters, no stable master no matter how long I waited (yesterday). Now today, one character in Daggerfall, same thing no stable master, then I sign into another and boom stable master is present.
I am on NA Xbox1.

feyii✭✭✭✭I also had that problem yesterday, but only on one single character on PC EU. In my case it was the Windhelm stable master. For all my other 11 characters he was there.0 -
nexxus_ESO✭✭✭The stablemaster in Vulkhel Guard was gone on Sunday (XBOX NA), and when I looked last night, I was able to find her dead body to the left of the stables. After a few minutes, a new version of her appeared, but you couldn't interact with her.
Others have reported missing/dead NPCs in other locations, so my guess is we have someone sneaking around murdering them. (Or they had a little too much fun over the weekend and died of it)
For Vulkhel Guard, you just need to ride north and use the stablemaster at Skywatch. Tag the wayshrine up there so you can just teleport back and forth.0 -

✭✭We had a strange thing happen with npc's in Cyrodiil, PC EU, a couple of nights ago, also on new years day, where an enemy siege merchant was randomly running around outside our keep, the guards kept chasing him and then running back to their spots, we watched them for a while, it was very strange, I have no idea where he came from but somewhere must have been missing him Sorcerer, Templar, Wolf Collector, Housing Addict!
