--RESOLVED--I can not log in with my main character since a crash

So i can play with any of my 8 characters BUT my main.
Crashed, then the game consider that for that character i do not have any internet valid connection. THough i can log in any other character.
I repaired the game, removed all addons, log in on another computer, no way, that character is stuck.
I did submit a email help, i would have phone but it seems that there is no phone call possible.
Any help is welcome
