Can anyone confirm if Hurricane can proc melee effects such as Selene, Red Diamond, etc?

Kutsuu✭✭✭✭✭Definitely not red diamond or Selene. It can proc Implosion, Velidreth, and Skoria from my testing so far.PC/NA

Thanks @Kutsuu, I knew the other effects you listed would work, but just wanted to nail down whether it was considered "melee" damage for theory crafting purposes. It would be pretty damned OP in certain situations if it could proc Red Diamond
I miss the days when Caltrops could proc Red Diamond
