Why am I not receiving access code

I have been waiting for over 24hrs now and still not gotten an access code. I have cleared all cache on two browsers and PC's.

Please help

    Your support structure seems to be incredibly disjointed and unorganized.

    As mentioned, please go to the log in screen and select Compromised Account. This does not require an access code.
