Just returned after a year and my account is suspended?

I played about a year and a half ago and tried coming back to the game and it says my account is suspended? I submitted a ticket and am awaiting a reply please if any dev can look into this? been like this for two days.

When selecting Log-in scroll to the bottom of the page for an option for Suspended/Compromised. We cannot address this issue on the forums or know why your account has been locked so we are locking this thread. However support can tell you more information.
