Just returned after a year and my account is suspended?

I played about a year and a half ago and tried coming back to the game and it says my account is suspended? I submitted a ticket and am awaiting a reply please if any dev can look into this? been like this for two days.

    Hello I am the returning player I have reset my password and can access my forum account but when I try to access my actual account it says I am suspended.

    If you have a suspended or compromised account please contact customer support via SUPPORT at the top of the page. When selecting Log-in scroll to the bottom of the page for an option for Suspended/Compromised. We cannot address this issue on the forums or know why your account has been locked so we are locking this thread. However support can tell you more information. Not all instances of a lock are permanent or for disciplinary action.
