[BUG] Screenshot option for bug report shows screenshot of "Submitting Ticket" dialog!

Seriously ZOS? This used to work!
During beta and early launch, when i filled out a bug report the system would take a screenshot *before* the bug interface opened.
Which makes perfect sense since that's most likely where you can see the bug.
Now the system takes a screenshot *after* i'm done filling out the bug report and the screenshot shows the "Submitting Ticket" dialog.
How in the world is that going to help anyone?
