Can't log into support area

I'm trying to submit a support ticket on https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/home?region=US but I keep getting that my User ID or password is incorrect. I can log into my account in the account area as well as in-game with the same user id/password, and I've verified the browser/IP with the access code, so I'm not sure why this would be failing. I also tried my email with my password as well as my forum account credentials, but nothing works. Clicking "Sign Up" brings me to account.elderscrollsonline.com where I'm already logged into my account...

Any help here?

If your password is longer than 20 characters, please change your password at https://account.elderscrollsonline.com/ to a shorter password. You should then be able to log into th support portal to submit a ticket.

Hi, I've solved the issue. It was not due to the 20 character limit (my previous password was shorter than that), but because I had the character > in the password. It appears that the form rejects passwords that contain < and >, even though they are valid passwords. Please forward this information to your web/technical team so that they may address the issue.
