Can't log into support area
I'm trying to submit a support ticket on
https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/home?region=US but I keep getting that my User ID or password is incorrect. I can log into my account in the account area as well as in-game with the same user id/password, and I've verified the browser/IP with the access code, so I'm not sure why this would be failing. I also tried my email with my password as well as my forum account credentials, but nothing works. Clicking "Sign Up" brings me to account.elderscrollsonline.com where I'm already logged into my account...
Any help here?
