Making a Magplar Tank/DPS hybrid?
I know that tank/DPS hybrid tanks are possible with stamina builds, but can it be done with magicka?
Some concerns for me are the lack of magicka regen/magicka weapons (I could use a staff but then I have to switch bars to block) and stamina usage for blocking, dodging, bashing, etc. and Champion Point investment to help with some of these.

PvE but I wouldn't mind a little PvP0
