The previous update:
Allowed for Native 1080p to be "TRUE" 1080p. Means the Graphics are no longer "stretched" to fit the screen.
4k 3840 x 2160 resolution - PS4 PRO - Is USING NATIVE 4K. means , they are now taking the TRUE 1080P and "STRETCHING" it to fit the 4k res.
However, .... Theb ps4 Pro I believe, has 3 graphics cards. This means it has the power to technically run smoother and better graphics handling capabilites.
I have learned recently,
That the difference is NOT highly noticeable on the 4k. UNLESS the game, (in the future) becomes a true 4k. and not a native 4k.
The difference for ps4 pro - is the ability tobhave higher frame rates. 60fps opposed to 30fps. In turn, this should prevent "game lagg" when there is alot of clutter on the screen and high demands on the graphics card.
In order to see the difference on a 4k. Itbis said that .... a miminum 60in television would be required to see a noticeable difference, AND at farther distance back from the television.
4k, at the resolution I mentioned above, allows for finer detail within and greater in the in-game distances.
4k, offers or bolsters an amazing array of colours and even details.... which the "HUMAN EYE" apparently cannot even detect.
again though,
Taking the 1080p 1080i etc. And STRETCHING this toba Native 4k. then NO, A noticeable difference should not be noticed effectively.
You can type in on youtube... 4k or UHD vs 1080p or vs HD, etc. There are many comparisons conducted and opinions stated.
