A few quick comments,
I think dual wield is better for pve dps.
Dreugh king is not the best set.
Do you have wep dmg enchants on your jewelry?
Use health + stam food.

It's important to note that your skills and rotation are very important too.

My advice would be to check out some stamdk builds, see which ones you like and use them as a starting point. You can then tweak it to suit what you like.

I'm using a purple maul. I know my armor isn't the greatest but just buying time til my research is complete so I can craft some gladiator or something. Main bar is rally/talons crit rush Brawler executioner. Back bar is unmovable (whatever that morph is callled on heavy) green db lethal arrow stone fist snipe. CP in heavy/med focus piercing+the other P one. Melee weapon exp. stam recovery and crit dmg

Yes, there is quite a lot wrong with your build when it comes to proper PvE dps.

I'll just suggest my own build that should be relatively easy to craft/acquire. Go farm for cp so you can get to cp160.

For starters, go grab the Thief mundus stone; crit is actually really important for good damage numbers. It's basically a must-have for all dps scenarios for all classes.

You're going to want to have all medium armor; with passives in your medium armor skill line, each piece grants you more critical chance. You also get 12% more weapon damage if you have at least 5 pieces equipped. Don't go 5/1/1; it's going to lower your crit and you don't really want that. Save that for tanking. The traits should all be divines, with all max stamina enchantments.

You're also going to want to go Dual Wield / Bow. That's the typical stamina dps combo, and DW definitely does more damage than 2H, and is definitely better for PvE. With the twin blade and blunt passive in DW, I would suggest going with dual daggers for the crit, although it doesn't matter much in the end. The traits should all be sharpened, with a weapon damage enchant on a dagger and the bow, and a crusher enchantment on the other dagger.

For your armor, I would suggest going with either Night Mother's Gaze or Hunding's Rage, whichever you fancy more for your 5pc armor. (When people say 5pc armor, they refer to Chest, Legs, Feet, Hands, and Waist; the Shoulder and Head is usually reserved for monster sets; I don't suggest touching them until you actually get your proper gear). Night Mother's Gaze is better if no one else in the group is wearing it, but Hunding's Rage is a no-compromises set and you can't really go wrong with it.

Here's what I would suggest you build for for now:
Helm: HR/NMG (med divines, stam enchant) (replace with desirable monster set)
Shoulder: HR/NMG (med divines, stam enchant) (replace with desirable monster set)
Chest: NMG/HR (med divines, stam enchant)
Hands: NMG/HR (med divines, stam enchant)
Waist: NMG/HR (med divines, stam enchant)
Legs: NMG/HR (med divines, stam enchant)
Feet: NMG/HR (med divines, stam enchant)
Jewellery: 3x Agility (robust, wep damage enchant)
Dual Wield: HR/NMG (daggers sharpened, wep damage and crusher enchants)
Bow: HR/NMG (sharpened, wep damage enchant)

Later on, when you manage to get your hands on Kra'gh's/Velidreth/Molag Kena monster sets, go put those on. Kra'gh's is best-in-slot, and you can pair 1pc of that with 1pc of Velidreth or Kena, or just another Kra'gh's piece; I personally do 1pc Kra'gh's and 1pc Velidreth.

That's it for gear. Keep in mind that this is not the best build, but it's definitely more easy to get and can still dish out respectable damage if you know your skill rotations.

Now, onto skills.
Dual Wield bar: Venomous Claws, Rending Slashes (or Blood Craze), Rearming Trap, Rapid Strikes (or Bloodthirst), Camo Hunter (or Evil Hunter or Flames of Oblivion), Flawless Dawnbreaker ultimate.
Bow bar: Igneous Weapons, Poison Injection, Endless Hail, Razer Caltrops, Resolving Vigor, Standard of Might ultimate. (Feel free to replace Igneous Weapons or Resolving Vigor with Noxious Breath and/or Camo Hunter (or Evil Hunter or Flames of Oblivion) if your team has another source of Major Brutality and good heals respectively.)

For AOEing down trash mobs, just replace Rending Slashes with Steel Tornado.

For proper dps rotations single target, buff with Igneous Weapons (or any other source of Major Brutality), start the fight with Caltrops and Flames of Oblivion (if available), lay down your DoTs (Poison Injection, Noxious Breath (if available), Endless Hail, Rearming Trap, Venomous Claw, Rending Slashes), then spam Rapid Strikes a few times (3-5 times, depending on when your first DoT applied runs out). After that, start back at your DoTs, and re-cast Igneous Weapons (if available), Caltrops, and Flames of Oblivion (if available) only when they run out. With this, you should be able to get 20k single target dps no problem, even up to 30k and beyond if you're good.

Again, this is in no way the best build, but it is definitely much easier to acquire than the actual end-game gear (Twice Born Star, Vicious Serpent, Maelstrom weapons).

EDIT: I forgot to add that you should use your Standard of Might ultimate right after your first rotation of DoTs because it grants you a lot of damage and a huge damage buff while you're in the AOE. Only ever use that ultimate; Flawless Dawnbreaker is just there for the slotted damage boost; only reason you use Flawless Dawnbreaker is when the boss is going to die before you get that extra 150 ulti, and even then it's usually just better to just keep charging ulti so you can use the Standard of Might on the next boss.

I also forgot to add: light weave your Rapid Strikes; practice to get the understanding of the timing, and if you do it right, you can really effectively throw in a light attack between your ability casts without it taking more time to do so, and it boosts your dps by quite a bit.

If ya got tine to make a post you got time to look up a proper build. Cookie cutter is there for a reason.

You're probaly lacking a sufficient jewellry set with enchants etc.
