Addon to see cooldown of sets?

Is there any addon exist that can track cooldown of proc sets? for example sets like Lich or Warlock have 1 min cooldown and it would be very helpfull to determine when you can count on 5pc bonus. For example there was old addon MagickaFloodTimer to track Warlock set.

✭✭✭✭✭I would like to add something like this to Srendarr but it would be a pretty massive undertaking collecting the data for every set and proc CD in the game at this point, not to mention keeping it updated.6

Hi Phinix, want to say that I would really appreciate such a feature. Maybe starting small with the most important ones, like burning spellweave or lich?
