@danno8
Hmm, I can reach it from the link above. Here is the post in question
Just a warning if anyone tries to do the same thing. I created a guild over the weekend for more storage with some trial accounts. Well Zenni got wise to this and deleted the entire guild. I lost probably 500k or so of mats. Pretty upset but I can't blame them. So just warning people if they bring the trial accounts back don't do this.
Email I received from Zennimax
"Greetings,
It has recently come to our attention that your guild reached the guild bank threshold through the inclusion of multiple accounts with free weekend keys, and that many of these free accounts appear to be duplicate accounts. Please be aware that creating multiple free accounts to get access to guild storage is not intended behavior, and is disruptive to the game service. As such, we have disbanded this guild.
Thank you for your understanding."
True it is talking about the free accounts, but all accounts are free now unless you choose to sub. And, maybe they don't care if you use 10 sub accounts to do this. All I know is I have seen enough evidence to lead me to believe that setting up 10 or more accounts in order to create a guild is not kosher.

Go to beginner zone, spam invites to people, get about 60+ people to join. That way you have a buffer for those who inevitably leave the guild. You only need 10 people to have guild bank.
I did this about September of 2015 and I still have 49 people in the guild. More than half of them haven't logged on in 5+ months so I have no worries of them leaving. If it gets too close to the 10 person limit I will simply spam more invites to randoms in beginner zones.
Most new players feel like they have more than enough guild slots and will only leave the guild if they need to make room for another.

@IronCrystal ...that's some really good stuff...
just as far as how that process might work - did you create the guild - then invite folks; or, did you need to add those folks as friends first - then create the guild?

Since all the Accounts would come from the same IP, this would be noticed and the extra accounts disabled and the guild disbanded.
I can do the same on xbox, just a pain, I don't about PS but xbox I'd have to make 9 different accounts with separate emails. Unless something has changed.

Do you need separate copies of the game though?
IronCrystal wrote: »@geonsocal You create a guild first. When looking at the guild roster, you can type the name of any player to send them an invite to the guild. No need to friend them at all. It will send a notification to the player and he can accept or decline.
