https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7kmmK3g0GAs&t=556s I was thinking in Molag Kena because instead of use Impale, i will use Merciless Resolve. This is a magicka NB pvp build, I saw many people uses Grothdarr on their builds, but it doesn't convice me, I don't like. So what other solutions do you suggest me?
I'm farming Spinner's set and then I will craft me Julianos. My idea is run both sets + monster set, two swords in Bar 1 and a Destro Staff in the second Bar.

Zenimax somewhat forgot about implementing a nice shiny new monster set suited to NBs with a usefull 1-set-bonus, so you need to be satisfied with either Molag Kena or Valkyn for PvE.
You may play with Grothdarr if you wanne play your Magblade as melee DD, but you are losing the advantage to do damage from range. So Valkyn suits your needs. The proc isn't bad at all, but the 1-set-bonus is pretty useless. Molag Kena + Scathing Mage should be awesome if you get it sustained. My guess is that this will happen for you (even by using Siphoning Attacks + pots on cooldown) just in well performing raid groups with large buff coverage, and loads of support and synergies.
Edit: Sorry, forgot about "PvP only", so feel free to ignore this.

Why necro for duels? O.O if the enemy dies then that's it.

Is really necropotence a powerfull set? I saw many people using it like "a must" but you need always to have shadow image always active.
From the other side Julianos gives critical and 299 spell damage. Are 4000 Magicka better than 299 spell damage? is more Magicka better than Spell critical?
Necropotence Set
LEVEL 50 CHAMPION 160
(2 items) Adds 967 Max Magicka
(3 items) Adds 967 Max Magicka
(4 items) Adds 967 Max Magicka
(5 items) While you have pets active, increase Max Magicka by 4000
Law of Julianos Set

Kinda sucks that there isn't really a magicka NB monster set that synergizes well compared to the other classes. The best I would recommend is either grothdar, skoria, or slimcrawl. Slimecrawl is great if your sole intent is to maximize damage. However, in today's meta, proc is more powerful.

Umm NB's have several options and NB's get access to minor berserk w/o needing the monster helm. In fact they are the only class with native skill line access to minor berserk.

Pretty much this! I started really getting down to experimenting with mageblade this patch and ooooh my god. I've been PvPing a mageblade wrong my entire ESO life.BUT NOW?! It's awesome!

Yeah my Magblade has always been my least favorite character to PvP with. Max magicka and spell power are too low with my generic starter gear.

Like with other games I played there was a site that was linked to the game that was updated with the gear and you imputed what you wanted to wear and so forth and the stats were surprisingly dead accurate.
Question is does eso have something like that.....
