    Belkarth is a city. Craglorn is the "zone". And safe from... lightning mounts?

    No
    For some odd inexplicable reason, the cell for Belkarth was not marked as a City so we have to wait 10 seconds to log out or log off.

    Was an issue for a while, then no one complained with Writs were moved to Wrothgar. Now that they are back, its an issue again.

    Now on xbox we can't switch toons from craglorn. If you see the countdown it just stops at 0 and doesn't do anything. If no countdown you can switch though. Are other platforms experiencing this?

    A "safe zone" is an area in which there is no logout timer. Most major cities are safe zones, but for some reason, Belkarth isn't.

    I don't think so. It seems to me that Zos has given up Craglorn a long time ago. The "rework" with 1T was done so lazy, and the only thing people do in this zone is trading. I don't expect anything to be done there.

    No worries that will be fixed for you right now... literally.

    PS4 was fixed yesterday.

    PC gamepad mode has been like this since before August and has not been fixed, and I don't think they ever will. And yes I am slightly pissed off about that.

    Today's XB1 patch is the same as yesterday's PS4 patch. It fixes the fact that you can't log out properly, but it doesn't make Belkarth a safe zone.

    I have a standing order with the Rahni'Za sword school. They usually send someone to pick it up, but they haven't shown up this time.

    I doubt they will ever bother to fix it, though.
