That happened to me when I first subbed on the XBone. I think it may just take some time to happen. If it takes days, I would put in a ticket they should resolve it soon (ha ha). They were timely with my ticket anyway.

You may not see your crowns for a week or two. No idea why it happens but, never fail, every month my sub gets renewed and then a week and a half later I get my crowns. *shrug*

YEP....it's been an issue one way or another since console launch, yet to be resolved.

Contact Xbox support and open a ticket with ZOS ingame

Then....ask Xbox to stop and refund it.
If you wish, you can try to sub again the next day

I don't play on console but why even bother having an automated system that isn't automated?

If some real live human must respond to get it to work anyway just set up a 800 number and give them a PC with account management software.

I think when it happened to me it was on Microsofts end, they had to cancel my membership, refund my money and then re subscribe to get it to work
