JahneeO✭✭✭That happened to me when I first subbed on the XBone. I think it may just take some time to happen. If it takes days, I would put in a ticket they should resolve it soon (ha ha). They were timely with my ticket anyway.
You may not see your crowns for a week or two. No idea why it happens but, never fail, every month my sub gets renewed and then a week and a half later I get my crowns. *shrug*0 -

Contact Xbox support and open a ticket with ZOS ingame
Then....ask Xbox to stop and refund it.
If you wish, you can try to sub again the next day

If some real live human must respond to get it to work anyway just set up a 800 number and give them a PC with account management software.0 -
