I work in customer service and I've been told to use this phrase but as a customer it just pisses me off. It's patronizing BS. I'd rather hear an apology for their incompetence than a praise to my patience which I have not offered.
Sorry bro, your math is off. It was down for 10 hours yesterday, that's 14 hours within 2 days and no expansion was installed, no major patch was installed it was effectively down for 14 hours, inconveniencing thousands if not millions of people because some idiot tripped over a power cord.Another four (that means twelve of course) hours!

SolarCat02✭✭✭✭✭I didn't have the rollbacks issue (thank goodness!) but overworld was terribly buggy for me loading into popular areas yesterday, and our second run through Hel Ra had a lot of issues with freezing and two people disconnected (one reset his Xbox, the other could not get back online and had to be replaced).
I am hoping things are smoother today. (Also hoping no rollbacks from the Trials, I like some of the gear I picked up!)Why be normal when you can be better?

If we're adding up total hours offline then first maint's 10 plus second maint's estimated 12 = a total of 22 hours down.
