1. In pvp we should have like underdog system, so if you only own 3 keeps, with the two starting keeps included, you will be able to raise an army of the dead (skeletons, zombies, maybe even a titan) of fallen allies to help turn the tide, they will die when u own 5 keeps again :D (prevents statement and every alliance can have a chance if some alliances team up)

2. Get 1-3 new seiges, cheap version ladders, expensive version horse of troy clone, seige mounts

3. Special cyrodil lockpicks for breaking into keeps, found only on delvie bosses in cyrodil

    Purple, Green, Orange Alliances

    When two alliances population is 1 bar less than the most populated alliance, The two factions combine and then AvAvA becomes AvA. At that point the keeps turn Purple, Green, or Orange ( depending on the color of the two low populated factions ).

    If you want a friend, get a dog.

    You must also acquire the sword Andúril and be an heir to the throne of Gondor.

    1: hell yeah, but how to control them? A bad IA could make the situation even worse
    2: For the siege mounts, i had the same idea. There is one perfect creature that has been forgoten for a too long time.

    An other idea i had :

    a power source in keeps that allow us to create portals (like the mage guild) to travels to a point we choose at a certain distance of the keep.
    The source generate power points every minutes from 0 to 30 and for each player that use your portal 1 point is used.
    So you can send 15 soldier behind the enemy line to cut the arrival of reinforcements, destroy siege units, sow chaos or travel faster to an other keep under attack.

    I'd much rather have an more balanced reward system. The underdogs have to fight against buffet winners - they just should get ioncreased rewards for it, because when you are struggling, every victory counts for much. While the top dogs in a campaign should get vastly reduced combat rewards (since they are going to cash in anyhow with the campaign-end rewards), because if you have the upper hand, its no big bdeal to beat up the underdogs...

    New siege engines would be fun. Siege ladders. Siege towers. Mantlets. Petards. War beasts.
    New defender options would also be nifty. Item-based Traps (like the ones you occasionally encounter on TG missions...). Temporary Barricades. Summoning stones to call extra defenders.

    And while we're at it... how about cavalry? Mounted combat! Changing knights with lowered lances! Horse archers! Jousting meet minigames. Multi-person mounts - like, chariots with one driver and one archer...

    Nah. Keep doors are not locked like a house door, they are barred and get opened by the guards on duty, or not, depending on who comes knocking.

    That being said... I would love it if there were stealth missions in cyrodil! Some way to sneak into a keep, maybe hidden in a wagonful of hay (its a classic!), or scaling the wall with a grappling hook and rope (and praying none of the guards would look and insta-kill you with a well aimed arrow), then sneaking past the guards to steal some document, assassinate some NPC, open the keeps door, and do all the other stuff rogues are traditionally up to when sneaking into keeps. (Sadly though, the cyrodil keeps come without the traditional nobles daughter, so...)

    New idea:

    Hunters Skill line for pvp only: Gives a extra skill slot (like ultimate)

    Skill 1. Trip wire with bells stuns the enemy for 2 sec, and a alarm comes off
    Skill 2. Magical invisible net, if enemy goes into it, they get trapped in it for 3 sec
    Skill 3. Quick sand, get rooted for 1 sec, has to crawl out for 2 sec using E
    Skill 4. Spring door, if u step on it, you fly up in the air for 2 sec
    Skill 5. Special robes, if u go into the trap, u get strapped up like an X, and need to use E to get out of it

    How bout world events? Like Molag Bal and some of his generals show up at large fights on the map if no one destroys the cyrodil dolmens in a certain amount of time.

    Here is some really crazy ideas:

    Stop messing with PVE when trying to balance the PVP.

    Remove PVP. Save the resources and manpower, it will never be balanced anyway.

    Make Battle Spirit affect much more things , so PVE stuff is left alone.

    Don't balance stuff around PVP, so PVE have to suffer.

    Token system for VMA/VDSA.

    Fix some of the bugs that's been around for years (whaaaaaaat).

    Transmog so crafting/styles have a use again.

    Trait change available to Master Crafters, cost a ton of stuff so people don't abuse it, also make a Crown Store version so you make some money off it.

    Fix so Craglorn and other cities are marked as "safe" so we can log out faster.

    Revert the animation changes to skills so they work well to weave/cancel again.

    Storage option in houses, because you know, it's your house and should be filled with your crap.

    Implement more parameters in the Group Finder, such as: Speed Run, Story/Casual, max cp, low cp, Hard mode etc.
