So step away from the thread yes. Do something Fishmassy. Have a drink. Wrap something. Swear at some sticky tape yes. Dust the things you do not wish to dust. Then when you have done all this, got fed up, eaten dinner, had a nap for a few hours, then for you and for this one Tamriel will return when it is ready to do so.

Yes , but often PC maintenances have been called patch maintenance. As in, they go for maintenance to fix things previous patches may have introduced ie, just general maintenance
As for the New Life Festival, that might be an idea, but the event is already in the game since a few patches ago and just requires switching on .

Onigar✭✭✭I was hoping to add an uplifting quote from the "Tamriel Lore of Maintenance" but it seems very hard to decipher this old text in modern day terms.
The only common threads that seems to regularly crop up look to have some association with slow drying glue, sticky tape and string but then this may just be me misinterpreting this ancient and hallowed tome

They are getting better at making sure that the word "patch" is in there when it should be, and not in there when it should not be.
As they have mentioned a patch, and the banner says "patch", it would not be out of line to expect natch potes today.
