This game is so broke on xbox

-voice chat crash loop
-not getting eso+ crowns
-dashboarding
-and today were necroing one of my favorites!!! Eso+ disabled even though I'm paid up!! The solution? Contact Xbox support and have them refund me and start over.

As far as I know, from it happening to a few friends of mine, is that the issue is with Microsoft payments not with the Zos

Xbox cancelled my sub so I could re-sub. But told me Zenimax would have to refund me. Zenimax said they don't refund ppl. So there ya go. Lost $15

They, deal with these things but $15 is not really that much to worry about. I lost £49.99 on hitman be ues the publisher never did refund's its up to the company to do refunds so microsft will not be able to help. Hop this helped with the issues your seeing!

Eso said a lot of these fixes will come in February. They asked to be patient. They might issue refunds if you ask tho.

Xbox refunded me each time this happened. ZOS can only receive money if Microsoft releases it. Try again for your refund...
