-and today were necroing one of my favorites!!! Eso+ disabled even though I'm paid up!! The solution? Contact Xbox support and have them refund me and start over.
Xbox cancelled my sub so I could re-sub. But told me Zenimax would have to refund me. Zenimax said they don't refund ppl. So there ya go. Lost $15
They, deal with these things but $15 is not really that much to worry about. I lost £49.99 on hitman be ues the publisher never did refund's its up to the company to do refunds so microsft will not be able to help. Hop this helped with the issues your seeing!
