Pirate skeleton isn't working correctly

So I recently got ahold of the set and I've been trying it out and I noticed a numer of issues it has. When transforming it tends to screw with weapons, make them invis. Then after it makes them invis it hardly procs. I think the constant switching between skeleton form and normal is doing something to it's proc rate.

It's also bugged in the fact that when you transform your bars lock up for a second and if you transform during lag you can be locked in skeleton form with no chance to bar swap for a long time... thanks zo$
