Anyone else not able to use their loot crate pin to get the upgrade to the emperor's edition of ESO?
I've been talking to a robot reply in the ESO support team, all i get are auto responses of "if your issue has been resolved let us know" followed by we don't deal with codes
Even though they have a help article that says if you can't redeem this code to contact support with the necessary details?
Am i the only one getting frustrated by the extremely unhelpful support team?
