Anyone else not able to use their loot crate pin to get the upgrade to the emperor's edition of ESO?
I've been talking to a robot reply in the ESO support team, all i get are auto responses of "if your issue has been resolved let us know" followed by we don't deal with codes
Even though they have a help article that says if you can't redeem this code to contact support with the necessary details?
Am i the only one getting frustrated by the extremely unhelpful support team?

After 9 days of auto responses I finally got someone in ESO Support to look at my ticket.
They applied the code for me and they say it's sorted.
Haven't been able to logon yet to confirm. but here's hoping0
