If datamining pulls up floor plans before ZOS produce them I'll try to let you know. But I would imagine that if any player house is remotely like any house that already exists in-game from the outside, then the inside will be the same too. For example, the castle near Daggerfall is probably a copy of the Wayrest/Daggerfall/Camlorn/Northpoint/Evermore/Alcaire Castle, and the large Altmer house is probably a copy of the Skywatch/Silsailen/Woodhearth/Velyn Harbor (etc) Manor layout.

Are you certain about this ?

Its built on a hill, has multiple gates, etc. The great tree seems awful. Light her up she's gone, and there's no defenses visible, though perhaps nature/magic comes out to the Graht tree's defense, something that's not patently apparent, so I'll give it that. Looking at Aldmeri structures though, they really seem poorly designed for defense. I think the real reason the elves lose to the Imperials, Nords, and Redguards is that they have no understanding of how to create defenses. Elves are just too cocky perhaps.

Magic > walls.
