Game design isn't a democracy.
We will get more storage if and when ZOS figures out a way to do it without cutting into their ESO+ profits driven mainly by the crafting bag. They might actually have already done it, but want to implement something quite more complex than simply an increased bank capacity, so it will require more coding than they had time for. I'm sure they will get around to it, it just won't be in the Homestead update.

Just to expand on this some. Extra storage in your home is something we know a number of you would love. It's something we'd love as well, but when we looked at all of the things had to get in for the base system, we had to draw the line somewhere. Additional storage didn't make the cut.
That being said, we are looking at ways to add in additional storage space in the future.

But its telling to see how far off they are from what their customer's want sometimes. Plus its always fun to post these past polls and watch the Apologists squirm and make excuses. 3000 votes aren't enough, forums don't represent most of the game's population blah blah blah NO ONE likes prosperous and training drops. No one. ZOS deliberately ignored us and when that fact is presented so clearly in poll like these, everyone gets so triggered because it brings out the cognitive dissonance inside of them, their inner fanboi starts to crumble and they question their purchase decision.
Some (not all) decisions ZOS makes are NOT in the best interest of the players of this game and are motivated by profit squeezing business metrics and internal politics. We can't change that but we might as well call it for what it is.
I don't think it would conflict with the crafting bag, the storage situation is so dire we need all options we can get, but I do think ZOS worries about it.Yolokin_Swagonborn wrote: »We will get more storage if and when ZOS figures out a way to do it without cutting into their ESO+ profits driven mainly by the crafting bag. Why would just adding 100-200 slots of house storage conflict with an INFINITE crafting bag? I just want a wall where I can store all my monster helms and shoulders.
Wouldn't that look awesome? If what ever helm or shoulder you put in the bag, it would show up above your mantle. I would pay crowns for that but I think they should just put one storage chest with 100-200 slots in your house. Make people happy but you can't access it from your crafting station.
Problem solved. Stop trying to make this more complicated than it is. ZOS needs to stop being so stingy with storage or get rid of BOP gear in all dungeons, its an inventory nightmare.
How can they not have listened when it wasn't an issue until they announced housing?
