BWB is by far the most balanced campaign. As long as your gear isn't more than 5 levels below, you should be on pretty even footing. Skill and experience count for a lot more, but leveling out prevents endless noob farming and map stagnation.
Double proc sets wasn't always the meta. Once you reach 50 you're out of bwb. Then what? No thanks. I will keep working on my pvp rank.

But how will people know how pro I am if they don't see the pretty icon next to my name
NA/PC BWB is a mess. I'm there for a first time on an alt (got bored of grinding) and anyone who says it is good PvP has no clue. There are two types of players that I've seen-
1) legitimate lowbies who have no clue so they zerg everything.
2) BWB regulars who have their BiS gear ready to go every 10 levels so they can feel like a god bashing up newbies.
BWB is very far from the best PvP.
@Zoliru , vamp NBs are not a threat in the least. NB is not a particularly threatening nonvet class the way most people are building them.
