ESO+ crowns balance?

How long does it take for the monthly allotment of crowns to be credited? My account renewed 4 days ago, but doesn't appear to have been credited as yet.

I tried looking for someplace that actually showed credits/debits to the crown balance, but couldn't locate one. How exactly are we to audit the process, and keep you honest, if we can't see activity on our account?

Something seems shady here.

The closest thing to a Crown balance in/out summary is the billing history (https://account.elderscrollsonline.com/account/billing/billing-history) but that doesn't show Crowns from ESO Plus separately, it only shows the ESO Plus. In theory, the Crowns should be added immediately.

I'm on PC. I forgot to mention that.

I'm somewhat surprised there's no way to see what's been done with the balance. I would have thought that would be basic functionality. I'll check it again today when I log in and see if it's changed. It's been sitting at ~17k for a few days now, and I don't recall it dropping below that, even after the Black Fredas special.

Might be a good thing for Zeni to add, especially now that they've added the clown crates. I don't plan to buy into that idiocy, but I can see where it's going to be fairly important for folks to be able to see what activity has occurred on their accounts.

No change to the balance. I suppose I'll need to open a ticket and ask for a detailed accounting of the crowns. I'm almost certain they missed last month as well.
