Body markings bug - Cosmetic but very annoying

So I bought the body markings (Wings) for my character which at creation had a Lion design on her chest. On the Character select screen I can see the Wings applied
Over the last few days I have noticed that the applied new Wings will disappear and go back to the original Lion marking, at basically any time, like zoning, entering/exiting dungeons, relogging etc. Weirdly in order to get them to show again I have to double click the wings in appearance tab twice. It was this that prompted me to ask my guildies what they saw on their screens when I could see the old markings. It turns out they could see the new Wings while I could only see the old Lion!!!
Reloading UI does not fix it. I just need to know why this is happening? Perhaps a rogue addon? If so anyone might know which one?
