In saying that, the next update will bring about a number of balance changes to the game along with the housing that was already mentioned. PvP is PvP. Not much can save it really since there is always a new meta that causes massive issues there. Battlegrounds are being worked on still but no ETA. New trials and dungeons are being worked as Finn still has a job but no ETA. New zones are coming as information as be data mined already but again, no ETA those. Stuff is coming but until ZOS are ready or allowed to mention it, they can't talk about.
That doesn't explain why the customer service people have also vanished. No one posts here anymore, support tickets get ignored. They might not be able to tell us (well, other players as I'm waiting for my account deletion email to be responded to) what their future plans are, but they should be helping people with issues now; either here on the forums or by responding to support tickets

The customer service people don't work in the forums. Also, just because they don't post doesn't mean they aren't noticing the issues players are bringing up.
What are forum community managers if not customer service? They are not accountants, developers, voice over artists etc...If they are noticing what people are posting, then where are their replies to threads where people have posted they have submitted x number of tickets and got no reply. Would it be too much to ask to request the poster PMs the ticket info and they will chase it up. So many aspects of the game are broken, would it be too much to say it is being looked into or to collect more information. Something, anything, to show that they actually still exist.
The only forum engagement we get these days are threads being moved or closed

I think that says way more about the way they've treated their customers, than it does their customer base itself.
