Console get the crown patch rushed for the same day release as pc?
Usually they release updates for console 2 weeks after pc. The important bug fixes or quality of life fixes.
But man those crown crates were sure here fast, no delay at all.

✭Because they are usually added with previous patches over time and just activated with a quick server-side update. The patch didn't have any actual client updates or even patch notes on any platforms bar from maybe some slight modification of the existing files, probably nothing that requires sending anything over to Sony/MS for verification.
Most crown store additions don't even require downtime or any updates at all. I think the only reason this one did is because a new UI element and corresponding NPC was introduced which requires a reboot on both sides.Edited by Egonieser on December 3, 2016 2:31AMSometimes, I dream about...cheese...
