Can't Open Crown Crates

So uhm...I bought two 1.5k crown crate bundles in the store, then hit F3 to open them and...
I get a black bar with 0 crown gems at the bottom and that's it? Then when I hit F3 again a Khajiiti accent says "Goodbye friend". That is all that happens. I feel like more is supposed to happen? I've been spamming F3 to make something appear, logged back out and back in again, turned the game off and restarted it...any solutions?

praxis✭✭✭Having the same issue. Welp, having to disable and re-enable all my addons every time I open a crate should make that whole thing a lot less tempting. Thanks for all the saved cash, addon makers!

At least Idle Animations prevent showing the khajit. Reported this on PTS forum, in official feedback thread! This seems to be the same issue I had here:

This was repeatable for me. In each case I opened 15-45 crates then went back to the first Crown Crate screen with the cat (think E took me back) then exited the Crown Crate UI from that screen.
I found a workaround to prevent the issue: Even if I wasn't going to buy new Crown Crates I could go to buy new Crates (think it is keybind T) which closes the Crown Crate UI with cat and opens up the Crown Store. Then you exit the Crown Store with the ALT key and you retain your UI instead of losing everything except chat.0 -
