Need help with stamina dps PVP/PVE build

I was wondering if someone could help me with my dragon knight build, I am currently using dual wield and a two handed weapon on the other bar. However, I was thinking about switching from dual wield to sword and board, because my currently build sucks in pvp, also, my damage is quite low in pve, I am quite a noob at this game and don't really know how to properly build my character to be a decent stamina dps..
I want a build that's both viable in pvp but also when playing dungeons without people getting mad at me for using sword and board as dps.

This is my current build, I seriously don't know what to do. I don't know what abilities to pick nor can I find a proper build that seems to work for me.

I am also using two heavy armor peices and five medium armor pieces with a bunch of stamina enchantments and a crafted set bonus called Night's Silence

I suggest having different gear sets for PVE and PVP. So you can just easily swap them over depending on what you are doing at any given moment.

For PVE gear sets you could go:

3x Agility - all jewellery
5x twice born star or leviathan - body
5 x night mothers gaze 2x body 2x daggers and 1xbow

This isn't a hard setup to get. There are better builds you could have but take some time to get.

PVP

3 x Agility - jewellery
5 x hundings rage (mix of weapons and gear)
2x any stamina monster set

Again there are better builds to get but these are easy to get builds.

6 researched traits are needed in order to craft this set. I was wondering which skills, I should use and level up, currently I have picked the most basic ones as you can see in my screenshots. Also keep in mind I am quite lowleveled in order to get some of these items.
