If I have to buy the gold addition will my character be allowed to be transferred? will I still have the ability to use paint on my armor at no cost? Will I be able to transfer my 1100 coins to the new Gold version?

ZOS_CoriJ✭✭✭✭✭We do not have the ability to offer character transfers, so this is not an option for your account. This has already been mentioned on your other thread, but rather than buy the Gold Edition it is best to purchase the DLC Bundle Pack in your current game. It's cheaper and provides most of the same benefits.
