Content Updates?

Now that your big scam box, f2p transition road map announcement has been made, can we get a peek at any actual content updates in the pipeline? Perhaps a couple screens or a teaser trailer of a new Wrothgar like zone and storyline? Even an outline or projections chart would be cool. No new scam box info or meaningless crown store sale adverts please, I don't care.

Just looking for a taste of things to come is all. Don't need to know how much your gamble box addition is raking in or how it will be spent. However, if you could confirm that updates will be more frequent and of higher quality due to dweebs throwing money at your slot machine, that would be cool. Thanks in advance for any info you can provide!

sure for only a low low price of 400 crowns you could get the chance of getting that teaser you'v always wanted even tho we could just sell it to you for 1500 crowns

Ha! I wouldn't doubt it. I'll sit around bumping this thread though in the hopes they'll just let me know about all these upcoming plans for free.

We have four planned zones coming to us in the future:

• Murkmire
• Vvardenfell
• Mephala's Realm
• Clockwork City

We also have new big features arriving as well, namely:

• Spellcrafting
• Warden class
• Player Housing (+furniture crafting)

Pretty sure that's everything so far....

.... oh yeah, and Crown Crates

Atronach is the first cycle. Then there is Skeleton, Wild Hunt, and Dwemer.

Am interesting feature to add--giving us glimpses of what is planned. Would need a catchy name: The Path to Tomorrow? The Avenue of the Future? The Way Forward?

This is the info that needs to be front page. This is what's important to me. I feel there is no way I'm alone on this.

The reason it isn't is because it hasn't been confirmed. Some of that data is in the files but nothing is confirmed. For example perhaps vvardenfell is bigger then orsinium. Or perhaps it will be cut into 4 sections and will be the only content released next year. A quarter each 4 months.

And spellcrafting? Last thing I heard confirmed was it is something they might like to do at some point. Last thing I heard such a vague statement about was the pvp part of the justice system. Where is that again? Oh yeah.

I'm all for being positive, but to put these forward as things we know or that are promised to be coming, even in the next year, is silly.

Honestly, I doubt we'll see any of these new zones until close to a year since DB release.

We know there's Housing up 1st next year, doesn't count as actual content imo. Then the whole class rebalanace, also doesn't count as content.

DB was released in May this year, it's 7 months now since we got new content in the form of a new zone. Don't get your hopes up for anything major until closer to the DB 1 year mark since they seem more interested in those horrid crates and 'events' these days.

I'll be making a nice thread about the four known future DLC zones and future content additions pretty soon, mostly as a way of wrapping everything up into one thread.

We know the scope of Murkmire and Vvardenfell. Nobody can speak on the sizes of Mephala's Realm and Clockwork City though.

I'd wager that Mephala's Realm could sit somewhere between Gold Coast and Coldharbour. Clockwork City would be more along the lines of Hew's Bane and Gold Coast unless ZOS decide to go ham with it and vertical scaling like in the City of Orsinium

They really need to fix some things too . We need content and repairs but I'm afraid those stupid crates are going to suck up more attention then the rest of the game .

Most of the things going into the crates in the next months are already there. Just look into the datamining threads.
Plus there's different teams for different things. I'm quite sure it's safe to say that Rich or Brian or Finn aren't cramming mounts into crates right now...I'm also quite sure you already know that.

Most of the things going into the crates in the next months are already there. Just look into the datamining threads.

A nice thought. Hasn't really panned out like that in any other mmo I've played in the past decade. I'll hold out hope eso will be different though.
