The post about bricked playstations... Hmm...
Part of the 'lemon law' that is so well known for protecting people from buying a 'lemon' car is that companies are prohibited from locking their customers into using a selected place for service - meaning ford can't make you get all work done at a ford dealership in order to keep the warranty. Part of that means you get protected in some ways even if you do work yourself... Like if you do your own brakes and oil.
Rulings happened that extended this reasoning to electronics. You buy a car to use as a tool for travel, you buy a phone to use as a tool for communication. It is perfectly legal to 'jailbreak' your iPhone to use a different App Store service, apple is not allowed to brick your phone for it, and warranty still applies.
Tivo was facing this sort of issue with their standalone units, people modding the boxes to work without the Tivo service. They sidestepped the issue by partnering with providers, putting their tech into the cable/dish converter boxes, getting away from being the source of program scheduling information and more toward the time-shifting running-recording end of the tech.
Consoles... Down the road, I think console companies will get spanked hard if they brick the console itself. That would be selling a person a piece of hardware and then remotely destroying the person's ability to use it. With software, which is intangible, the license method is well defined. But you can pick up a bricked console and hold it up in court and show it being unable to play single player games.
A bit of googling shows Microsoft has been down this road. A couple times. There was a gears of war thing where testers leaked stuff, and MS killed their ability to go online - singe player stuff was still useable. And in the vagueness of memory I recall them doing a big purge a while back of accounts that had a modded console, making many people upset about losing their gamer score. There were a bunch of those *** bunker meme vids going around.
And this applies to eso in that if you see hacking, do not feel like you should remain silent because you don't want to brick someone's console - that's not going to happen. Worst case scenario, they lose their entire online name and have to start over from scratch on all their games.

Thats no hacking. Thats just using ingame sets + shuffle.
I know exactly what you are talking about cos i was told i cheated Too.
26 attacks are what 6s?
Look at sets and Tell me again its cheating.
I wont link it to you just cos you are to lazy to look up the New 1T sets

Back in GTA 4, I was killed by a guy shooting RPG's out of his pistol while driving a car.

In game sets and shuffle give major evasion 20% dodge chance, and they do not stack. There is a set that gives bonus to roll dodging that's it. Chances of dodging 26 attacks in a row with the 20% chance are very very minimal. There is glorious defender that gives a 9% chance to dodge next attack after your light or heavy attack, but even with that + shuffle dodging that many attacks is extremely unlikely.

This is a highly underrated Set. In Combination with Histbark, you block so much attacks.
