Thus, I've made my play style to perform my role, while avoiding death. It's worked out well where I am usually the last to die, no matter the role I am... And many times I have had to save the fight by reviving others being the last one alive. Feels good to be the one to avoid a wipe.
In wipes though, I will tend to point out where a player didn't respond properly to a mechanic. If they continue to make the same mistake, that is when I get frustrated.

So when in a group setting after a wipe or two people start getting mad at each other. The tank missed a taunt. The healer ignored me. The dps stood in red. Just people natural reaction.
It is the same reason sometimes in pvp when you beat someone(or so i hear,i have no idea what this is actually like to beat someone in pvp), they will whisper you and call you names, or hacker. The natural reaction is to look outside yourself for things to blame, other then just admitting you werent good enough and trying to do better.
Yikes, glad I didn't join up on that particular trial. I have yet to run a trial (mostly family constraints) but it doesn't sound like a whole lot of fun when people start getting frustrated at one another. I'm very hesitant to join bigger group events such as trials due to my noobishness. Even though I'm a max CP player, doesn't mean I'm experienced. Sorry it was frustrating Emily.
A few wipes doesn't really bother me in dungeons. If someone is intentionally causing problems, I do get irritated. If something doesn't go well, I just dust myself off and get up again. I do find that many players are rather thin skinned and fragile when it comes to adversity and can be quick to get frustrated and lash out. Some of my best experiences in games have been with other players who aren't the best and manage to get through a dungeon and have fun. Hubby and I were doing a dungeon in WoW years ago and our DPS folks kept dying and dying. We managed to get through it, they had loads of fun and thanked us profusely for sticking with them and not giving up.
