Trainee gear bar swap health drop

Running 5 piece of this setup. When I swap bars... health drops by the amount of the 5th piece bonus. This gets further exasperated when I am wearing Imperial Physique in combination with Trainee. I lose roughly 20% of my health when I swap bars.

✭Apologies if this is really patronising, but I assume you have 5 pieces on both of your bars.
Like, if you are using weapons of the trainee, you have them on both bars.
I recall a similar thread from someone reporting the same problem.
