Looking for very large and active guild

Hi,
I am coming towards end game (CP525) and am looking into raiding. The other thing I'm stuggling with is finding pugs to do content such as DSA. Especially as I play quite late and being from the UK at least an hour behind the rest of EU. I struggle to find a group for the pledges at 1am UK time. So I am after a guild where at any point I can type for example "looking for a tank and healer for darkshade farm run" or "anyone running some normal trials for loot farming" and get a response with a reasonable amount of interest at most times of day. So I know for this it needs to be a very large guild.

Location : UK
Online : 7/8pm - 2/3am most days
Class : Stam nightblade
If there are any guilds that can provide this experience then I would be really interested and happy to also participate in guild events and help the community in any way I can.
