Will Xbox have a crown sale with free weekend

Edit - crowns will be on sale! 
PS4 and pc recently got a crown sale and a free play weekend. Xbox did not get the crown sale at that time.
Will Xbox be having a crown sale this week?
Also, is there any indication of a Black Friday sale like last year? I've read the white camel is supposed to be part of the bundle for this year but haven't seen any official info on that.

Yes for the free weekend. They've announced that now but didn't give any info of a crown sale. That's what I'm asking about.

Unfortunately MS is very stingy about letting developers do sales. This is a common theme in Warframe as well - we on PS4 get rather spoiled with sales every few months whereas Xbox is lucky to get 1 a year
It's a shame that developers actually have to pay Sony and MS a chunk of the price on in-game currencies. The base games themselves I understand - but it's not like Sony or MS actually have to do anything for Crowns to be there - just a money grab "You must defeat me every time. I need defeat you only once"0 -
makeyurself✭✭✭I feel like last year for Xbox we had a few sales, this year feels different. I'm hoping we will get our chance with Black Friday approaching. It would be great to see a free weekend for Xbox as well, seems like it really brought people in to play from the posts I have seen on Reddit.

So a couple of things...
1. ESO does have control over what they'd like to offer, but the dates is what the staff responded to in regards of "control" for offers that have been done before
2. There are announcements on this site, on the news site here and social media that cover all the questions in this thread
