Jciampi✭✭✭Go to the capital city of any of the three alliances. For daggerfall to go the temple of wayrest. On the left at the end of it, you can reset attributes via the shrine on the left. The center one should be the one that lets you reset skill points. It gets more expensive the more skill points you have. If you are Aldemeri, you go Grahtwood Capital city.
