Bots on Xbox one, I don't believe it. Plus the market lately had been real stable, prices have been dropping slightly every week.

I guess you might see me as a gold farmer?

other people have posted videos of 5-6 sorcs with twiglights all using destro staff impulse at the exact same time
dont know how its done either but it can unfortunatley be done
I've seen bots on PS4 NA, and know a few places where they can usually be found. Believe me.
After thinking about it though, is it such a bad thing if bots farm mats? They could drive the disgusting gold mat prices on console down finally.
7K minimum Dreugh Wax
10K minimum Rosin
20K Tempering Alloy
I'm legit going to sell my 14 Tempering Alloys in hopes the price will eventually fall. My only worry is that nothing right now will stop them from rising in price instead, which is a very real possibility.
These prices should be significantly lower. At these prices, upgrading one piece of Heavy Armor costs you upwards of 150K.

It still does not prove without a doubt they are gold farmers. Only ZOS can determine that by looking at accounts.

Last year at this time on Xbox one price were bottom low.

And there we no bots...

i admit without checking the account i or other players can not proove they are farmers, but if you saw the video (or went to the location in game ^& saw it for yourself like i did) you would see why i & many others believe them to be bots
as to @Vaoh comment that they actually reduce the pricing of alloys, yes tha is a good thing we cant argue with that
however since they are also grinding CP so they can sell the accounts.... do we really need any more entitled fools in the game, you know the ones, they buy their max CP characters on-line, buy a bunch of gold, expect crafters to make them end game armour for free, because they spent RL money to get their gold & refuse to spend it on crafted armour because they need that money to pay someone to rum vMA for them!

I could care less about entitled people.
Maybe those accounts might get sold to PC players who want to play with their console friends, yet could not otherwise make the transfer due to the enormous grind?
• Bots being able to lower these stupid 20K+ gold priced Tempering Alloys is great for the game. Had they not been here, Dreugh Wax would be selling for 10-12K a piece (which they do on many guild stores), rather than 7-8K a piece.
• Some players paying real money to have access to a max CP account so they play multi-platform is a good thing
There are two cons though:
• Blocks off small areas for normal players to grind mats - disruptive, but not so bad
• Bots can sell gold, causing inflation unless ZOS has meaningful gold sinks - player housing will be a great gold sink
Don't get me wrong, I hate bots and account selling. It just seems that at this point, they are actually helping us a lot and most people don't even realize it.

It seems since one tamreial xbone is overrun with bots and gold farmers.
They are everywhere agro in all the mobs and aoe them.
Forget about trying to ban the farmers it's useless what they have to do is BAN the buyers.
Anybody caught dealing with gold farmers account gets instant ban no IFS ANDS OR BUTS they can appeal but BAN FIRST.
This will kill the market and with no market no farmers & bots

This suggestion will not really work. Here is a question suggestion. How do you tell if a player bought the gold? Meaning what system or mechanic is able to say "This player bought gold, ban them.". It is impossible to tell if a player has actually bought the gold. Even if say a player bought 20 million gold, there is no evidence or proof that they bought it. So trying to ban the buyers is impossible.
The only "effective" way to deal with something like this is to go after the farmers, since you can't prove the buyers. To go off your title "Why do all MMO let bots and farmers ruin the game". Well, MMOs don't let them. However without proper manpower and resorces to combat bots and farmers it is a losing battle for that MMO. Another way is to try and target the websites that the sellers use. However, this requires a court judge, lots amount of time, and money. Of which if the site does get taken down, they can simply change the sites name.
I can go into this alot more, about 4 paragraphs or more of information. I use to create bots on other games, and I use to combat against bots. For a developer it is not easy to fight against bots.
Because they can afford to pay at least a handful of people to police the forum but not the game. ZOSlogic.
how would you go about proving or disproving that a person bought gold? anyone could say "yeah i met this guy and he was willing to help me out so he transferred me a ton of gold" so there could be no way of truly identifying whether or not someone was buying gold as long as there is no solid evidence. If i randomly want to be nice a give a random stranger a large sum of gold why should i immediately be marked by ZOS and tracked, all i wanted to do was give a random person a Christmas presentTalon_Draconis wrote: »Talon_Draconis wrote: »Hi

Just check the transaction log if you get large amount of gold from either a known gold farmer or from a unrelated account then it probably a gold buy!
BAN!!
THEN THE BUYER WOULD HAVE TO APPEAL ANT THE BUYER WOULD HAVE TO PROVE THE GOLD WAS TRANSFERRED FOR A LEGIT REASON
TO FIGHT GOLD SELLING YOU HAVE TO GO BY IF IT QUACKS LIKE DUCK IT PROBABLY IS A DUCK
