Thief Personality or Tweaker Personality?

Is it me or does the Thief Personality come off a bit odd? Almost like the character is tweaking on something and is now paranoid. Hunched over, wide darting eyes and that nerdy run that they thew on the Assassins. Every time I see my character run with the Assassin/Thief Personality I imagine some nerdy kid with a cape running through the halls of a school...Cape in hand like hes a vampire.
