Blackest Sacrement Can't Complete

So Ive logged in almost every day since DB and I have one more person too kill for about 3 weeks now ive been stuck seems I never get Eslendore so is there a bug or is there a certain day of the month these peoples quests appear and it seems you only get one a day even if you abandon the quest you still get the same one this is so frustrating

It seems to be random and can take time.
I too have been waiting for one final target/victim - which came up today.
Just keep at it & take the quest each day - it'll happen (eventually)

TL;DR: Each day everyone gets the same targets for the Sacraments. They're on some kind of rotation, and some targets come up more often than others. If you just want to complete the achievement you can just check the targets for that day and drop the quest if you've already done them.

This... Although I find it kind of screwed up we all get the same ones each day considering we where supposed to be able to share the quest with friends, making us able to do more than one a day.

You can complete Sacrament Quests alone, or bring friends for a coordinated effort. You can acquire one Sacrament Quest per day, but you can share them with friends. If you and a friend get different Sacrament Quests, you can share and take on additional ones!

Worst than us all getting the same quest, is trying to do it together. It seems if every objective is met only one of you will get the blue container. The other only meets some of the objectives and gets the green container... Even though both show getting the poison or blade of woe kill on screen while one does it. At least this is what happened the few times I tried grouping for it.

I'm still working on it as well. I get the same 3-5 targets almost every day. Its rare I actually get a new target. I don't think I'm going to bother with this achievement on my achievement hunting character (A Templar) for a few reasons.

1) These missions are a pain in the ass if you're not a nightblade. It wouldn't be so bad if alchemy cooldown enchantments functioned -or- we could just get a bloody cloak skill in legerdemain, even a poor mains cloak.
2) The randomness involved in doing this achievement on my shadowscale character has made it irritating enough that I'm not in the mood to repeat this attempt for some time. I don't mind levelling the skill line but I'm not rushing this achievement once my shadowscale is done.

I haven't yet done the DB DLC, what exactly do you need cloak for?!? I haven't heard anyone else complaining about not being able to do content who isn't a nightblade. Easier, sure, but not so much a pain as to complain about it.

This again? Good grief, man, I've done heists and sacraments on my sorc, templar and 2 DKs. I don't even play my NB anymore. Craft yourself a medium Night's Silence set for the sneak speed bonus/medium armour passives and you won't need a single skill to complete these.

It is random or at least semi random. Just farm your motifs and you will get it in the course of it.

Thanks for ^this... because that is what I intended to do when I start the TG and DB DLCs... craft a medium set of Night's Silence just for those quests.

I completed it.. I logged in every night to play for a few minutes and as I got less and less, I saw that I had a few repeats for a max of 3 days, then I would get another name off my list. All in all, out of the 20 names, it took me 40+ days. But I tried every day.. if it was a repeat, just knock it out anyway.

I agree, I loged on 90 days nearly every day (4-5 days a week, i have a life, thats because its not sticktly every *** day

) and the quests I saw in this time, are nearly every 3-5 days the same... this is really frustrating that the same crappy daylies turn on nearly every day. In my opinion, this has nothing to do with random like it should be... PLS check this

I beat this awhile ago but It took me 5 weeks just to get Eslendore alone killed everyone else pretty quickly and almost one after the other on the list.
