Sacraments: Random or on a rotating schedule?

Since DB launched I have been seeing the speaker for my daily sacraments. Missed the first 2 days of it but other than that I have done it everyday. My issue is that I do all the side objectives so that I can get the Blackest Sacrament achievement but I still have 2 targets to kill. My question is in the title, are sacraments given out randomly or are they on a rotating schedule?

I have only done 4 of these, but no repeats yet (and I have not done them everyday) so not sure how the next mission is determined. It would be nice if it was based on the list of ones we still need to do.

My guess would be that it's random and the pairs of people (if including the bonus objectives) are also not always the same. I've been doing the sacrament nearly every day since DB launch and still missing one of the people for blackest sacrament.

The targets and secondary objectives are almost definitely the same for everyone on the server each day, as I've discussed it with guildies while hoping to get the few elusive targets I needed for Blackest Sacrament. I've since completed the achievement, but I can also tell you that some targets are repeated very often while others I only got the one time. I don't know if the targets are random or based on a fixed schedule.

i believe that i didn't miss one single day and i'm still missing Eslendore.

probably i'll end up quitting this because i've been playing the same missions over and over, it is too boring and it doesn't seem random because i've been repeating a few missions a lot of times, some of those characters i already killed around 10 times, and most of the others only appeared one time and Eslendore never.

It has to be semi-random if not fully random. I have had several repeats and am still waiting on my last unique mark for the last two achievements. I run it daily without fail or miss.

I did one every day since Xbox DB launch and finished the achievement yesterday.

I'm missing two targets but ones I've already killed keep coming back up. Guess I just need to keep doing them until they appear.

I get the same sacraments as my friends for the day, but I SWEAR that I checked once right at 2 AM (server time, so not like a "my computer said 2 AM but it was 1:59 really" situation) and the sacrament was different from when I checked later in the day. But that's only happened once, if it did happen.

I'm still missing Alard Cerone. But don't worry, I've been asked to kill Burwaska, Monsashana and Aojee-Ei approximately ten times apiece, now.

The only one I have left is Monsashana. I have been doing these since DB came out and I still have not gotten that NPC to kill. There are several others I have gotten 6 or 7 times but this one never. Its getting annoying.

Yeah, somewhere at night around 2 am-ish the targets in the quest change if you didn't complete it earlier on the day. The daily doesn't refresh so you can't do it a second time, but the targets seem to change then. So if you aren't lucky during the day, try again at night.
