So, you're saying you can't see a big old figure or toon standing there. Come on, now. True, it is a game and nobody owns any node, but it is just common courtesy. Even the Thieves' Guild have code of conducts; "Honor among thieves." There is no quest or mission to go steal a node or to rob some other's players in ESO. This shite has been happening everyday since day 1. It happened to me oftentimes as well. Plenty of times, players are also using the rapid to speed pass and get to the next node first, and then to the next and so on. Yes, I too shrug it off and move on. I see another going towards it, then I move on or if we both get there, I signal to let that other take it. Also, if I see someone fighting adds or mob by the node, I jump in to help, but then I leave and not go after that node. So many complaining from players on zone chat and other/previous posting on here, it's not stopping those inconsiderate players or making any difference. Whatever.. it is just a game and I move on. Plenty of other nodes around and it quickly respawn.
Some people have no class.
I liken it to a real life situation. If I saw someone about to pick up a $10 note from the pavement and I ran over and quickly swiped it from under them, would that be cool? Afterall, it wasn't their $10 was it?

I also accidently looted a chest where another player was first. I just did not see him as I ran in blinding speed in cloak across the map. As soon I was near the chest I used it and then you only see the lockpick system. When I was done lewting a player spammed light attacks fireballs at me and called me some names.
I apologized but that didn't help.
But since the event doesn't last long I expect more headless guys running around until the event ends.
when it ends I go back to Cyrodill for harvesting since there is an abundance there and drops more then PvE land.

But to be serious, this is just a matter of good manners. If somebody is a prick in game, he's a prick in real life too. Unfortunately there will always be such kids and that's why the only solution to this would be a feature, when two players (or more) are near the node (e.g. 5 meters), this node is unharvestable unless one of them gives up (steps aside / moves away) or they duel and the winner harvests the nodeSome people have no class.
guys, just to clarify, im not 'worked up about it' and special thanks to the poster who needlessly highlighted my excessive use of the word 'literally'.

Imagine the uproar if loot wasn't person specific but first past the post.....

Or make node harvesting non interruptible. That's my annoyance. I couldn't careless if I die in the process, but that's been my choice to make. As things stand, combat takes preference over everything else and that shouldn't be the case. If i want to fight enemies i will, if i want to harvest a node and take the risk that should be my choice too.
