See you say that. And its the common response. But ive also seen people say it works on poison and disease effects (heal debuff) and yet no where have i seen extensive testing, and the tool tip explains nothing.
The charged trait reads "increase status effect chance by 200%" so if I put a poison in my charged bow, would it always apply said poison when I attack?
It does
For a poisoned weapon enchant the proc chance is 20% (like elemental enchants)
If you use a Charged weapon that becomes 60%.
The normal 100% on 20% + 200% on 20% gives a total of 300% on 20% = 3*20% = 60%.
Take note that the 7 DOT ticks "Poisoned" that are procced from your first hit "Poisoned Weapon" come each 2 seconds for a total duration of 12.5 seconds, which is also the Cooldown of the secondary effect.
So if your next "Poisoned Weapon" fires while that Cooldown is stil busy, you get no extra DOT and you do not refresh your 7 tick DOT.

Congratulations! You just got the best thing for your class. Not to mention the higher damage output (15%) for anyone in your group with dual wield.
Bosses that cannot be stunned can still be put off balance with this combo for that damage bonus for dual wielders, and for mDK using power whip. This makes that particular move combo a great boon to trial groups DPS.
