New to dungeons and trials

As title says. I have barely done any dungeons and have never done a trial. But I'm getting more and more into the game now and would like to start. Plus that 5 piece VO sounds very nice. So was hoping some people could help me out showing me the mechanics etc to achieve this. I'm cp364 ps4 eu. Psn hittman1985 stam sorc by the way

I would also suggest looking up builds at tamrielfoundry.com or YouTube. While you obviously don't have to have that exact load out or gear it can at least give you a good idea of what people are expecting from you. There are also many YouTube videos on most trials and dungeons in the game. Take a peek at those. Again, Keep in mind the people who make those videos are usually very good. And you are just starting. So use it more for general guidance and info.
