Hello! I'M a former beta player and now, after buying the game I suddenly am having input movement lag. When I press movement buttons, wasd, and hold a direction, after letting go of the button the character doesn't stop immediatelly but keeps running on for a few seconds, which didn't happen to me durin the tiral weekends.

Also when running, sometimes - usually when it gets stuck like this - for few seconds I can't look around using the mouse and it gets "forzen", you keep running on and can't move the mouse, then you can move it again.

Question Reference # 161101-001026

Personally, I think it's better not to reply at all, or send it to someone who's capable and who'll solve it, or at least write something like "Sorry, this is a complicated issue, it'll take some time to solve but we're forwarding it to a capable person of handling this in our team", rather than 3x asking you if the issue is solved, and if you don't reply consider it solved. Because this feels like a joke and I feel like no one is working on this issue, and it's just getting forwarded around.

For the record, as I've noted in the PC Technical subforum here, I've discovered that when I use autorun, the controls freezing doesn't happen at all (except when I sprint, it sometimes happens during sprinting while on autorun). It only happens when moving around (wasd). It never happens when I'm in the menus or using skills, it always only freezes from time to time when moving around. Sometimes it happens every five seconds, and lasts up to three or four seconds, sometimes (like yesterday afternoon) it happens only very rarely and for a short time. I've tried the game on a different internet connection, so it's definitely not an internet issue, since it happens on other connections too.

I'd really appreciate it if someone could forward my ticket to the right team. Thank you! :)

I get latency issues like this quite often too. Customer support aren't able to do anything about latency, which is probably why you're getting auto-responses. Much of the time, latency is not all on the server end, but it is an ongoing thing that ZOS are looking at.

    Weird.

For me usually third time is the charm.
Tenesi Faryon of Telvanni - Dunmer Sorceress who deliberately sought sacrifice into Cold Harbor to rescue her beloved.
Hisa Ni Caemaire - Altmer Sorceress, member of the Order Draconis and Adept of the House of Dibella.
Broken Branch Toothmaul - goblin (for my goblin characters, I use either orsimer or bosmer templates) Templar, member of the Order Draconis and persistently unskilled pickpocket
Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.
    ***
Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis

The problem is that I'm having the same issues on different wifis (and cable) connections as well, so it's probably either server based, or it's due to issues with the game. I didn't have this problem during the beta or the trial weekends though, this is new, so it's interesting that I didn't have these problems before.

My third or fourth customer support reply was finally a real person who tried to help, but by the time I finally got that response I had already uninstalled the game, so whatever.

The last response was an automated one on 4/11, so it's been over a week without a reply.
